The tart, very spicy tea is high in caffeine, contains phosphoric acid, calcium, potassium, carotene, nickel and magnesium as well as nickel and vitamins A, B, B12, C, D.
Preparation: Allow boiling water to cool for about 10 minutes (approx. 80°C), then pour over the tea; max. 90 sec. to let go! 12g to 1l of water.
